The Influence of Work Environment and Work Engagement on Employee Performance Mediated by Employee Well-Being

This research aims to investigate the relationships between work environment, engagement, employee well-being, and performance at PT. DBN. The study employs a quantitative approach using descriptive method. population consists of employees from DBN sample 145 individuals were selected for analysis. Data analysis was conducted Smart PLS software version 3.0, utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) test, which is variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. findings indicate that environment does not significantly affect However, positive relationship exists well-being. Furthermore, engagement has impact on performance, it also influences well-being positively. Employee in turn, demonstrates significant influence performance.
